Whether at renewal time or just during your current plan year, our team will offer to meet with your group’s employees and update them on all health and other ancillary benefit plans. We can expand on all coverages, limitations, etc. and any answer questions.

Claims Assistance
Despite our firm’s offering of only highly-rated insurance carriers, there are instances where a member may have a claim payment issue. Our team provides one-on-one assistance with the explanation of plan coverages followed by direct communications with the insurance carrier to resolve these claims.

Life Insurance Analysis
Our team will provide you with a full analysis of your family’s needs in the unfortunate instance of the passing of a loved one. We will review what your immediate expenses may be, your ongoing needs and your future financial requirements. Our Benefits Group specializes in the sales and service of group and individual health insurance plans for various carriers. We only work with the highest-rated insurance carriers. We also offer group, individual life and disability insurance products along with other ancillary benefits like dental and vision.

The most important advantage in working with us is that we truly focus on customer service. We will assist you with enrollments, renewals, employee plan changes and conducting employee meetings. If for some unfortunate reason an employee has a problem with a claim, a unique service that our firm offers is to assist any employee one-on-one with that claim.

We continually research alternative employee benefit plans in order to allow our customers to offer strong health and other ancillary benefit plans while maintaining a cost effective solution.
