I don’t write notes like this at all. But when I consider the situation I was in and how thankful I am that I had Sharon helping me I felt I had to do so. Being without health insurance is bad enough but having to make decisions regarding choices I knew nothing about was worse. Sharon was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate and understanding to my needs. In a matter of hours my applications where checked and filed. What a great feeling!!!!! I can’t say anything more but thank you Sharon and thank you Jeff for having Sharon on your staff

 Enjoy your summer, and the new/newer clubs. After years of sub-par golf with lousy clubs, you convinced me to improve my set-up. I will think of you this summer, as I enjoy future rounds with better clubs, a depleted bank account, and a continued sub-par performance.

Thanks so much for your generosity and providing me with chance to play a course like Kemper. (and with Caddies!!) Bob is great asset for you. I hope we can do business in the future.

The golf outing was first class and on behalf of AHC I would like to thank you for the invitation to lose 35 golf balls. I believe only Sandi Arabia and the movie Water World had more sand and water than Kemper Lakes.

Seriously it was a wonderful event and I enjoyed meeting everybody from J. Krug. You are very fortunate to have people like Sharon working with you, it was a pleasure meeting her and learning more about the company. I might have some financial things that I would have J. Krug look at in the next month.

Just a quick note to say Thank You for setting the table for us over at The Social Security Administration. Dan Quigley just left my office and told me that SS will allow him to make the back premiums on the Part B coverage. SS will pay all of the recalled claims from BCBS. This was a heavy load for the Quigley Family and we are delighted that it had a happy ending. I don’t think words could be more true…. Relax, You’re Covered. Well Done.. JF

When I started my construction company Jeff Krug was recommended to me as the person I should use for my construction and property insurance. I put him on my list of people to interview but after talking to him the first time I cancelled all my other interviews. It was obvious that he was the person I needed to use for my insurance needs.

Here is where it gets crazy. After being on the road for two weeks, I arrived home late on Friday night. I had an appointment scheduled to pick up a new company car on Saturday morning and, in the hustle and bustle of the prior two weeks, I had neglected to add the new car to the company policy. As a result…no insurance card…no car. Expecting to have to wait until Monday to get the insurance card, I placed a call to Jeff’s voicemail to let him know the situation and to get ready for Monday.

 Moments later, the phone rang at the dealership and it was Jeff, poised and ready to add the car and fax over the insurance card. Talk about “beyond expectations.” He literally saved the day. This type of extraordinary event is the result of a business owner who motivates his business and his clients seven days a week. An agent who realizes that service issues occur every day, and has set up his business to manage them accordingly. This, my friends, is how it is done! This is why Jeff’s tag line “Relax. We’ve got you covered” is so appropriate.

Thanks again for yesterday – the clubs are magic!! I am copying Vito Diperte on this email in the hopes that the 2 of you will hook up in regards to the NFLPA golf outing.

 Vito – Mike is the best club fitter and maker in the area and I would like the 2 of you to touch base on the presentation Mike would be able to do at our outing. It is unlike anything you have seen at other events. He is the foremost expert on golf equipment and would be able to analyze our participants’ equipment on site.

I am also glad that you will be able to join me for our annual golf event at Big Foot CC in Fontana , Ws. The date again is Thursday the 13th of September.
