Benefits Sales Executive
J.Krug is a fast-paced, growing organization that is searching for dynamic, driven and outgoing sales professionals who are interested in joining our Advisory Team. We offer a complete portfolio to our clients including Risk Management, Commercial Insurance, Group & Individual Benefits, Personal Insurance and Financial Services.
Position Summary
- Develop and produce new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on Employee Benefits, Individual Benefits & Financial Services
- Able to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retention
- Participate in Team sales opportunities with other producers and firm personnel
- Manage overall client relationship
- Prepare, implement and manage individual business plan and production budget
- Participate in Formal Training and Mentorship with Leadership Team
- Develop and maintain relationships consistent with our J. Krug Team culture
- Able to work in a Team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in B2B and/or Insurance industry (Preferred but not required)
- Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills
- Must be ambitious and self-motivated
- Willing to partner and work with a mentor / Team
- Must be success-driven and a self-starter
- Networks, develops and builds relationships with various centers of influence
- Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills
- Able to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retention
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary + Commission on New and Renewal Business
