Benefits Sales Executive

J.Krug is a fast-paced, growing organization that is searching for dynamic, driven and outgoing sales professionals who are interested in joining our Advisory Team.  We offer a complete portfolio to our clients including Risk Management, Commercial Insurance, Group & Individual Benefits, Personal Insurance and Financial Services.


Position Summary

  • Develop and produce new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on Employee Benefits, Individual Benefits & Financial Services
  • Able to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retention
  • Participate in Team sales opportunities with other producers and firm personnel
  • Manage overall client relationship
  • Prepare, implement and manage individual business plan and production budget
  • Participate in Formal Training and Mentorship with Leadership Team
  • Develop and maintain relationships consistent with our J. Krug Team culture
  • Able to work in a Team-oriented environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in B2B and/or Insurance industry (Preferred but not required)
  • Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills
  • Must be ambitious and self-motivated
  • Willing to partner and work with a mentor / Team
  • Must be success-driven and a self-starter
  • Networks, develops and builds relationships with various centers of influence
  • Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills
  • Able to provide unmatched service in order to maintain high client retention
