Property Casualty Sales Executive

Krug is a fast-paced & growing organization that is looking for dynamic, driven and outgoing sales professionals who are interested in joining our team.  We offer a complete portfolio to our clients including Risk Management, Commercial and Personal Insurance, Group and Individual Benefits and Financial Services.


Position Summary

  • Develops and produces new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on Commercial Property and Casualty Coverages
  • Able to provide great service to clients in order to maintain high retention on book of business
  • Participates in team sales situations with other producers and agency personnel
  • Manages overall client relationship
  • Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget
  • Participates in Formal Training and Mentorship with Leadership Team
  • Develops and maintains relationships consistent with our J. Krug culture
  • Works in a Team Oriented Environment


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in B2B and/or Insurance Industry (Preferred but not required)
  • Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills
  • Must be ambitious and self-motivated
  • Willing to partner and work with a mentor/team
  • Must be success driven and a self-starter
  • Networks, develops relationships and builds center of influences
  • Strong written/verbal presentation and listening skills
  • Able to provide great service to clients in order to maintain high retention on book of business

 Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Commission on New and Renewal Business
