Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and market reach through a combination of proactive sales efforts and strategic marketing initiatives.

 
Responsibilities

 
           Sales

  • Prospect and qualify new leads for business insurance, employee benefits, personal lines and financial services solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs and risk profiles.
  • Negotiate and close insurance policies, exceeding established sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional insurance products or services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

    Marketing 
  • Assist with brand development and enhancements.
  • Alignment with the common goal of retaining and obtaining ideal clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions.
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend company-sponsored events.
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, testimonials and email newsletters.
  • Maintain and update the company website and other online presences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and marketing opportunities for firm Producers.
  • Track and measure marketing campaign performance and make adjustments, as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly-organized.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
